We provide our website to you subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as, if you visit our website and/or use our services, you are deemed to have accepted them. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions please leave the website and do not use our services.

Each course fee is payable on application and is inclusive of notes.

Substitutions can be made at any time.
No refunds can be given for delegates not attending the course day.
48hrs notice is needed to receive a credit to use up at a later date.
We reserve the right to alter any course as advertised.
No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to delegates’ belongings whilst attending a course with Park Seminars Limited.
Courses do not have to be taken at the same venue to qualify for discounts,
(see website for savings details).

All morning seminars run from 9.30 am – 12.30pm

Afternoon seminars run from 2.00 pm – 5.00pm

The notes and training for Park Seminars Limited cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Park Seminars Limited nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading course notes, or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes.
